About
IBPS PO, Clerk and RRB applications ask for four scanned files, each with its own pixel size and KB range, plus a live photo taken during the application. A file outside its range stops the form.
Worked example: a 3 MB phone photo becomes a 200 × 230 px JPG at the highest quality that stays under 50 KB — often 95% at that small size. A signature photographed on white paper becomes 140 × 60 px, padded up to 10 KB if it compresses smaller. The handwritten declaration — written in English, not in capitals — is photographed and saved at 800 × 400 px and 200 DPI, between 50 and 100 KB; if a short declaration compresses below 50 KB the tool pads it so it still passes.
